This policy covers the propertymetric.ae marketing website. The PropertyMetric application has its own account, billing and data handling arrangements, which are presented to you when you register.

What this website collects
This website is a marketing site and collects very little. There are exactly two ways personal information reaches us from it.
- Enquiry forms. When you submit the contact, demo, API or enterprise form, we receive the fields you complete: your name, work email, and optionally your company, phone number, business type, plan of interest and message. We also record which page you submitted from and the locale you were using, so we can reply in the right language with relevant context.
- Optional analytics. If you consent to analytics cookies, we receive aggregated usage data about which pages are visited and how people move through the site. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all — the decision is honoured by not loading them rather than by loading them and ignoring the result.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without asking you.
- We do not place advertising or tracking scripts unless they are explicitly configured and you have consented.
- We do not include personal information in analytics event payloads.
- We do not store enquiry submissions on this website. They are delivered to our configured destination (a CRM endpoint or email) and this site keeps no database of them.
Why we process it
Enquiry details are processed to respond to your enquiry and to carry on the resulting business conversation. Analytics data, where consented, is processed to understand which pages help people and which do not, so we can improve the site.
How long we keep it

Who processes it on our behalf
Enquiry submissions are delivered through the destination configured for this deployment, which may be a CRM or an email delivery provider. Analytics, where consented and configured, may involve Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity or Meta — only those that are explicitly configured are loaded.

- You can decline analytics cookies at any time; the consent choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data.
