For developers
Dubai real estate data API
Integrate supported property market data and analytical capabilities into your own software, dashboards and research workflows. API access is included on three plans, with monthly request allowances published up front.

Why consume property data rather than build it
Maintaining market data is the expensive part
Acquiring a dataset once is straightforward. Keeping it current, consistently defined and correctly segmented over years is where the real engineering cost sits. Consuming it through an API moves that cost off your roadmap.
Definitions your users will ask about
If your product shows a median or a yield, someone will eventually ask how it is calculated. Consuming consistently documented measures means you have an answer, rather than a reimplementation you have to defend.
Volume that matches your stage
A prototype and a production application have very different request profiles, which is why the monthly allowances differ substantially between plans rather than offering one tier for everyone.
API access plans
Three plans include API access. Request allowances and key counts are exactly as configured in the subscription specification.
Professional
AED 899/monthFull market intelligence.
- Requests per month
- 10,000
- API keys
- 3
14-day free trial included
API
AED 1,999/monthProgrammatic access.
- Requests per month
- 1,000,000
- API keys
- 10

Agency
AED 2,999/monthFor brokerages and teams.
- Requests per month
- 100,000

What teams build with it
- Property analytics inside a brokerage CRM or agent portal
- Internal dashboards for investment or credit committees
- Automated research pipelines and recurring market reporting
- Valuation and comparables tooling for professional workflows
- Market context inside a PropTech product or mobile app backend
Security principles
General principles for handling API credentials safely. Specific authentication mechanics are documented in the official API documentation.
- Keys belong on your server. Never embed an API key in frontend code, a public repository or a mobile app bundle.
- Use a separate key per environment, so one can be revoked without taking down the others.
- Rotate a key immediately if it is exposed, and keep keys out of logs and error reports.
- Cache responses where your use case allows it — it reduces your request consumption and improves your own latency.
No API credentials are present anywhere in this website’s frontend code. Keys are issued and managed inside your PropertyMetric account.
Request API Access
Tell us what you are building and the data you need access to. We will respond with specifics on what is currently supported for your use case, rather than a generic brochure.

Frequently asked questions
Three. Professional (AED 899/month) includes 10,000 requests per month and 3 API keys. The API plan (AED 1,999/month) includes 1,000,000 requests per month and 10 API keys. Agency (AED 2,999/month) includes 100,000 requests per month and 10 API keys.
The documentation link is published on this page once it is configured for the deployment. We deliberately do not publish example endpoint paths, response schemas, SDK names, rate limits or authentication details on this marketing website, because integrating against an invented contract wastes real engineering time.
A 14-day free trial applies to the Individual, Professional and Agency plans. The API plan has no trial period — that is confirmed in the plan catalogue, not an omission. If you need to evaluate the API before committing, contact us and we will tell you what is possible.
API keys belong on your server, never in frontend code, a public repository or a mobile app bundle. Keep them in server-side environment variables, rotate them if exposed, and use separate keys per environment so one can be revoked without affecting the others.
Institutions and larger teams usually need a commercial conversation rather than a subscription. Enterprise pricing is by arrangement and covers procurement requirements, larger teams and specific data needs — contact sales with your use case.
