PropertyMetric is a UAE property market intelligence platform. It organises recorded real estate data into searchable transactions, rental analysis, community and building analytics, supply research and tools for comparables, valuation research and investment analysis — with Dubai as the primary market covered.
Property investors, real estate agents and brokerages, developers, valuers and appraisers, banks and lenders, institutional investors, analysts and researchers, and PropTech teams that need property data through an API. Each of those has a solution page explaining the specific workflow.
Yes. The free account includes 90 days of transaction history, 90 days of rental history and building-level detail, and does not require a payment card. Paid plans start at AED 299 per month for the Individual plan.
Recorded sale transactions, registered rental records, community and building-level analytics, registered project and supply records, and the derived measures computed from them — medians, price per square foot, gross rental yield, transaction volume and value, off-plan share and published indices. The data coverage page sets out what is supported in detail.
Dubai is the primary market covered. Coverage, reporting periods and completeness differ between data categories, and we publish what is actually supported on the data coverage page rather than claiming complete live coverage across the UAE.
A 14-day free trial applies to three plans: Individual, Professional and Agency. The API plan has no trial and Enterprise is arranged with our sales team. Trials are started from the registration flow in the application.
API access is included on three plans. Professional includes 10,000 API requests per month and 3 API keys. The API plan includes 1,000,000 requests per month and 10 keys. Agency includes 100,000 requests per month and 10 keys. The API page explains the plans; endpoint paths and response schemas are published in the official documentation rather than invented here.

Pricing and billing
Yes. All published prices are in AED. The monthly amounts shown are the authoritative displayed prices: Free (AED 0), Individual AED 299, Professional AED 899, API AED 1,999 and Agency AED 2,999 per month. Enterprise pricing is by arrangement.
Paying yearly charges ten months instead of twelve, so two months are free — a 16.7% saving. The annual amounts are AED 2,990 for Individual, 8,990 for Professional, 19,990 for API and 29,990 for Agency. These are the actual billed amounts from the plan catalogue, not a percentage applied to the monthly price.
Individual, Professional and Agency include a confirmed 14-day free trial. The API and Enterprise plans are not advertised with a trial, because that has not been confirmed. The free account needs no trial — it has no time limit and no payment card.
Because that is the published subscription specification: the API plan includes 1,000,000 requests per month while Agency includes 100,000. The two plans are positioned differently — API for high-volume programmatic access, Agency for brokerage teams — and we publish the figures as configured rather than adjusting them to look more intuitive.
Directly from the plan catalogue the application itself uses, so every row reflects what the product actually grants rather than a marketing summary of it. We re-check the published prices and allowances against that catalogue, and if the two ever disagree the discrepancy is treated as a defect on this website, not a rounding difference.
Yes. The plan and billing frequency you select are passed into the existing PropertyMetric registration flow, so you do not have to choose twice. Accounts, email verification and billing are handled in the application, not on this website.
Plan changes are managed in your account within the application. Specific proration and change-of-plan terms are set out in the subscription terms at checkout.
API access
Three. Professional (AED 899/month) includes 10,000 requests per month and 3 API keys. The API plan (AED 1,999/month) includes 1,000,000 requests per month and 10 API keys. Agency (AED 2,999/month) includes 100,000 requests per month and 10 API keys.
The documentation link is published on this page once it is configured for the deployment. We deliberately do not publish example endpoint paths, response schemas, SDK names, rate limits or authentication details on this marketing website, because integrating against an invented contract wastes real engineering time.

API keys belong on your server, never in frontend code, a public repository or a mobile app bundle. Keep them in server-side environment variables, rotate them if exposed, and use separate keys per environment so one can be revoked without affecting the others.
Institutions and larger teams usually need a commercial conversation rather than a subscription. Enterprise pricing is by arrangement and covers procurement requirements, larger teams and specific data needs — contact sales with your use case.

Enterprise pricing is by arrangement rather than published. It is the route for institutions with procurement requirements, larger teams and specific data requirements that are not addressed by a standard subscription. The scope is agreed in the commercial conversation.
We describe our approach to data governance in general terms and do not claim specific certifications, compliance attestations, single sign-on or contractual service levels on this website. Those are confirmed directly with our team during procurement, where a claim can be substantiated against evidence.
The platform provides valuation research and recorded comparable evidence to support a professional process. It does not issue certified valuations, bank-approved valuations or automated valuation model output, and we will not represent it as doing so.
The registration flow includes a company account option. Specific seat counts, roles and permission models per plan are not published on this website because we have not verified them against the production configuration — ask us and you will get the current position.
A member of the team replies to the email address you provide to understand your requirements. Submissions are delivered to a configured destination; nothing is silently discarded, and if delivery fails you will see an error rather than a false confirmation.
